About Us Susan Ingraham Ashley, now doing business as SIA Consulting, brings recent executive and strategic business experience to clients interested in finding the right career and performing to the highest possible level, whether individual, team or organizational. As Vice President of Human Resources for a wireless telecommunications company, she participated on a leadership team that transformed the company to become one of the highest performing wireless markets in the country. She personally led process reengineering and cultural change initiatives which contributed significantly to the company's teamwork and excellent results. She has coached executives one-on-one, and has considerable experience in management development and succession planning. She has broad Human Resources experience; however, her perspective is that of a business leader rather than a more narrowly focused HR practitioner. Susan is an experienced team builder and is quoted in the book Teamwork Is An Individual Skill by Dr. Christopher M. Avery (Berrett-Koehler Publishers, Inc., 2001). In 2006, Susan successfully completed the process of becoming a Certified Management Consultant through the Institute of Management Consultants.
