SIA Consulting is a sole practitioner consulting practice that offers a variety of coaching, teambuilding, facilitation and career counseling services aimed at taking both the individual and the organization to the next level.  Founder Susan Ingraham Ashley is a Certified Management Consultant and trained Business Coach who helps people perform to their highest capability to achieve their career goals.

Some of SIA's services include:

• One-on-one coaching for executives or managers.
  This may be on a short-term or long-term basis and be for a variety of objectives such as improving leadership skills; providing a sounding board for ideas; and advising on how to tackle a people-related issue in the organization.
• Team facilitation to improve teamwork and/or team effectiveness.
  This may also be for a short-term (intervention) or longer-term (relationship building) engagement.
• Style and interest testing and feedback.
  This testing uses a variety of tools, including Myers Briggs, Birkman, and 360° feedback for either individuals or groups. This can also include workshops on using differences constructively.
• Career counseling, including resume writing and job search techniques.
  These services encompass everything from helping students select majors to helping people change careers after years in the workplace. May include assessments of vocational interests as well as resume writing, job search and interviewing techniques.
• Consulting on Human Resources and organizational design issues.
  These important areas strongly impact business strategy and performance. These services concentrate on aligning people programs with the organization's mission and vision.
